If you would like to apply with a private insurance company or do not qualify for Obamacare, you have two options in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Please NOTE, you cannot apply or make changes outside Open Enrollment Period, unless you have a qualifying event that qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). This applies to all Health Insurance Companies in compliance with the Affordable Care Act. This includes the Marketplace and Private Insurance Company's.
